1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xck33 ("xck33", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the xck33 website, mobile interface, casino games, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, "the Service").

By accessing xck33.com, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Service in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with xck33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Amendments to These Terms

Governing Language

These Terms are issued in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version (if any), the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the xck33 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Service.

Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any part of the xck33 Service. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. xck33 is committed to preventing underage gambling and takes all reasonable measures to verify player age. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any balance held in that account will be returned to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to successful identity verification of the account holder's legal guardian where applicable.

Geographic Eligibility

The xck33 Service is operated for and directed at players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. xck33 makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of the Service in any specific jurisdiction outside its intended market.

Verification Requirements

xck33 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time. This may include, but is not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account, bank statement)
• A selfie photograph holding the identity document submitted

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by xck33 may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension until the matter is resolved.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of xck33 features, including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals, you must register a personal account. The following rules govern account creation and ongoing account security.

Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your xck33 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your registered bKash or Nagad account. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active xck33 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. xck33 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be confiscated at xck33's sole discretion.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xck33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other individual to access your account. xck33 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must:

• Change your password immediately via the account settings page
• Contact the xck33 support team at [email protected] without delay
• Provide any information reasonably requested by xck33 to assist in the investigation

xck33 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.

Account Currency

All xck33 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, game balances, bonuses, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in BDT. There is no facility to hold multiple currency balances within a single xck33 account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

xck33 is committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent payment processing for all players in Bangladesh. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform.

Accepted Payment Methods

xck33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard (subject to availability)

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount at xck33 is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the Cashier section of the player dashboard and may vary by payment method. xck33 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal Processing

xck33 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• bKash & Nagad: Within 30 minutes during BST operating hours
• Rocket & Upay: Within 60 minutes during BST operating hours
• Bank Transfer: 1 to 3 business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance checks before processing. xck33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for outgoing payments.

No xck33 Transaction Fees

xck33 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside xck33's control and for which xck33 accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

xck33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated on the individual offer page. In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual offer, the specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free spin winnings awarded by xck33 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each offer page prior to opt-in. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the allotted time will result in the bonus balance being removed from the account.

Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally towards meeting bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentage by game category is displayed on each offer page. As a general guide:

• Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements
• Live casino table games and card games may contribute a reduced percentage (e.g., 10%–20%)
• Certain game titles may be excluded entirely from bonus play — these are listed on the relevant offer page
• Sports betting contributions from bonus funds are subject to the minimum odds stated on the offer page

Bonus Abuse

xck33 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold winnings derived from a bonus, and close the account of any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotional offer multiple times across multiple accounts; using bets placed on both sides of an outcome (arbitrage betting) to satisfy wagering requirements; and any other strategy that xck33 determines in its reasonable judgement to be exploitative of the promotional terms.

Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus

Unless stated otherwise on the individual offer page, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated from bonus funds is ৳20,000 or 10× the bonus value, whichever is lower. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the account upon withdrawal request processing.

Seasonal & Promotional Offers

xck33 runs seasonal promotional campaigns tied to significant events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day, Independence Day, BPL season, and T20 World Cup. All such promotions are subject to their own specific terms and availability periods, which are communicated at the time each offer is launched.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the xck33 Service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to observe the following obligations at all times.

Player Obligations

• To use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes
• To provide accurate and up-to-date personal information at all times
• To notify xck33 promptly of any change to your registered details
• To keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• To play responsibly and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform where needed
• To wager only funds that you can afford to lose, treating gambling solely as entertainment

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xck33 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the platform
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other individual
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Service
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or technical fault on the platform for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault may be voided
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage at any table game or sportsbook market
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using xck33 to facilitate any financial crime
• Abusing, harassing, or threatening xck33 staff or other platform users via live chat, email, or any other channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the xck33 platform, software, or proprietary content

7 Account Suspension & Closure

xck33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

xck33-Initiated Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Use of the account by a person under 18 years of age
• Abuse of bonus promotions or exploitation of platform technical faults
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a payment provider

Player-Requested Closure

You may close your xck33 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be removed from the account on closure and are not eligible for withdrawal.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xck33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising in connection with the Service
• Any service interruption, technical fault, server failure, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond xck33's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications failures, or acts of God
• The conduct or content of third-party game providers whose titles are hosted within the xck33 Casino lobby
• Any delay in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution

Service Availability

xck33 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur from time to time. xck33 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods. xck33 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of the Service being temporarily unavailable.

Third-Party Content

Game content hosted on the xck33 platform is provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. xck33 is not responsible for any errors, interruptions, or technical issues originating within third-party game software. Any disputes relating to game outcomes should be directed to the xck33 support team, who will liaise with the relevant game provider on your behalf.
